and Sara, the Mac-hating, no-goodnick being last.
William Schart (aka: dad):
Cedarview Observatory
My dad is a cool guy and he loves amateur astronomy. His site has a bunch of pictures he has taken of the heavens with the aid of his many telescopes. This one is probably my favorite (a "stitched together" composition of the moon) but be warned, it's B-I-G!

Matt Bowmer:
LARD and The Illuminations (his band)
Matt is both a talented artist and a talented musician from across the pond. We became friends when he wrote me about DooZee. He subsequently (and very generously donated almost all of the artwork for later versions of DooZee (all the good artwork is his). I can't thank him enough for that and I'm sure there are a few DooZee-ites out there who are very glad they don't have to look at my "artwork" as much as they used to. He was also extremely instrumental in making this site look so much better and less retina-melting than my other site, so another big "Thanks!" goes to him for that too.

Daniel Dumond
Dumond Creations
Daniel is another talented and accomplished designer and another person I met as a result of one of my games, this time Cocoa Poker. He also kindly donated some of the graphics in that game which made a big difference. He became a big fan of DooZee once I made it multi-player since that feature brought he and his wife closer together. He was less a fan of DooZee pre-multi-player since his wife apparently won the "Who gets to play DooZee?" argument more often than did he!

Jay Patteson:
ipi's Place
I've known Jay for going on 5 years now and he's one of the smartest people I know - at least as far as mathematics go! ;) I haven't actually seen him since I moved out of Texas over two years ago (as of this writing; 4/3/03) but along with my parents he's about the only thing I miss about that gigantic state. His website is chock-full of information about some strange things - namely himself! Check it out, and tell him to send me an email!

Brian Risk:
Geneffects.com
Brian is one of the coolest people I've never physically met. I virtually 'met' him when he sent me an email about Cocoa Poker way back in October of 2002. Since then, we've sent countless emails back and forth (most with the subject: "Re: Yaaaaargh!!" - long story). He has given me lots of advice and insight and I have given him... Uh... DooZee and Cocoa Poker, probably not a fair trade but he'll have to take it. Brian makes some excellent Java-based shareware/freeware that runs on almost any platform with a JVM though he is a Mac-Head or I probably wouldn't like him so much! ;)

Sara Evans:
S.I.P.P.L. (Society of Independent Paintball Players League)
Sara is a cow-orker of mine at my "real job" here in Southern Illinois. She's a very funny and smart gal that makes work much more tolerable than it would be without her. In addition to being a slave to the man, she and her boyfriend also run an amateur paintball league in this area. I've been to some of their events and it is a very cool sport. Photos from a few of these events can be seen there and hopefully sometime in the future there will be some video (shot and edited by yours truly) of some interesting matches. (Note: She is a Non-Mac-Head but I like her anyway. The fact that I allowed such things in this section should give you a clue as to how cool she is. ;)
